I took Ryerson University’s copy editing (CDP102) course in 2012 and the Substantive and Stylistic editing course (CPD202) in 2015.
I attended an “Eight-Step Editing” workshop in September 2012 in St. John’s.

Language is something I’ve always been passionate about. I like the challenge of taking writing that is unclear or overly specialized and untangling the words so they become accessible to a wider audience. I enjoy my work because I learn so much: the texts I work with are enormously varied. I work very hard to ensure that the documents I write, edit, and translate meet my own personal standards of quality.
